We were founded in 1988 by 20 idealistic entrepreneurs.

THE FIRST INVESTMENT

We started operating with our first business, a flour and semolina factory with a capacity of 40 tons. (Selva Gıda)

MACHINERY SECTOR

Machinery Sector Imas Machinery started production in mill machinery sector.

RETAIL SECTOR

Retail Sector Adese started to operate in Seydişehir, Konya.

SAWING MACHINES

Imas began production of band sawing machines.

Seha Yapı started its activities in the construction sector.

Growing day by day with our investments in different sectors, our company became a holding company in 1993.

Agriculture and Livestock Selet began its activities in the agriculture and livestock industry.

Registration at CMB

We registered with the Capital Markets Board with the aim of becoming a "public company" with 100 percent of its capital open to public shareholding.

IT sector Belya began its activities in the information technologies sector.

PASTA MANUFACTURING

Pasta Manufacturing Selva Gıda built one of Turkey’s largest plants to produce pasta.

KULE PLAZA AND KULESITE

Seha, began the construction of one of the highest buildings of Turkey, the Kule Plaza and Kulesite Shopping Centre.

MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTANCY

Kule Management began its activities in shopping and business centre management and consultancy.

KULESITE OPENED

Kulesite Shopping Centre was opened.

ISTANBUL STOCK EXCHANGE MARKET

With approximately 19,600 shareholders, we started to be listed on the BIST and traded on the stock exchange.

EREGLI PARKSITE SHOPPING CENTRE

Konya Eregli Parksite Shopping Centre was opened.

WALNUT PRODUCTION

Selet began growing walnut in addition to its agricultural activities.

COGENERATION PLANT

Cogeneration plant has been established and Selva start to produce its own electricity.

Selva and Imas constructed the Turkey's most intelligent RE&D Wheat Flour Milling with TUBITAK project

NEW PASTA LINE INVESTMENT

Selva began production on its new pasta line investment, the capacity of pasta production is expanded by 75%.

Imas Machinery introduced four new machines to the industry.

Selva has awarded the “Superior Taste Award” by the “International Taste and Quality Institute” which center is in Brussel.
